Distributor-based business is ultimately determined by retail customers and their consumers, and Waypoint will customize a strategy for your brand based on where it is presently in distribution, with the objective of growing at a pace you can manage. We will leverage our industry experience and relationships to expedite this process as much as possible. We will also create the promotional plan for your brand to maximize effectiveness.
Day One: Onboarding process begins. This is an intense information download from your team to ours where we learn dive deep into your brand and products, set goals and sale forcasts.
First Week: Client sends e-mail letter to brokers introducing Waypoint Marketing Group (WMG) as their Sales Management Company. WMG begins reaching out to brokers, asking questions, looking for potential issues and opportunities.

Day Fourty Five: First Monthly Client Report sent, 24 hours in advance of first monthly call (one-hour call to review previous month).
