The Waypoint Marketing Crew has over 75 years of combined experience helping brands grow. Our collective experiences in brokerage, retail and distribution, as well as our collective education in areas such as business, marketing, and psychology, gives Waypoint a unique perspective on the process of launching and growing CPG products.

We understand the entire distribution process from the Atlantic to the Pacific. MEET OUE CREW!

Fred Coutts, President is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for natural products. During his 35-year career, Fred has been involved in hundreds of product launches from retail to broker to manufacturer. Fred understands what makes products successful and how to avoid running your vessel aground.

Megan Vivenzio, Vice President combines her vast experience as a broker director & manufacturers rep of natural products, with her University of Washington Bachelor Arts Degree in Marketing and Communications. Megan has played a significant role in helping small brands become household names.  

Carla Brown,  Business Development Manager came to us from a pPacific Northwest regional broker. She has been in consumer product sales with an emphasis on natural products for 30 + years. Her background includes brand management, sales management and a strong knowledge in wholesale/retail sales.

Sarah Stewart, Business Development Administrator was literally born into the natural industry (Fred’s daughter) and has had key account responsibility for the PNW Region for iLevel Brands and The Impact Group – Natural, formerly CSI Sales. Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University.

Melissa Manzanares, Web Developer & Social Media Manager has worked in the natural industry for over 10 years. For six of those years, Melissa has focused on telling brands stories through social media and custom web design. Melissa has a Bachelors of Arts from Evergreen State College.
